Is there online paperwork?
Yes. All new patients are required to fill out the online patient history forms and submit them prior to your first visit. Access via the Patient Portal after you schedule your first visit.
What about X-Rays?
One question new patients often ask are about x-rays. Do I need them? Where do I get them taken? After completing your initial consultation & exam, if x-rays are warranted, I will refer you to a partner imaging center for the necessary images to be taken. They will then be returned for diagnostic reading and evaluation before your treatment will begin.
I have a herniated disc, can I still be adjusted?
Yes. Precautions are taken while delivering care to those with any injuries to the spine or area being examined.
Do you accept Insurance?
No insurance necessary! Payments are accepted via cash, check, credit card or HSA & FSA cards.
Can I get adjusted while pregnant?
Yes. Not only can you, but I highly recommend it! My adjusting tables are able to accommodate your growing tummy throughout your entire pregnancy. You can lay face down on the table in comfort while being safe!
Can Kids be Adjusted?
Yes! Absolutely.
Dr. Booth does her best to accommodate the needs of all her patients and will always try to fit you in her schedule, even if you need an appointment the same day. Please check the online scheduling for any available appointments that may be open due to last minute cancellations or missed appointments.

The maintenance plan! Wonderful for those who need consistent care but are not at the weekly level of care.

Memberships have a 3-month commitment to be eligible for the discounted rate. This also encourages consistent care, as more chronic issues generally take 3 to 4 months to reduce pain and symptoms. Unused membership visits do not roll over from month to month. If the Doctor is out of the office for the week, and you have not used all 4 visits for the month, all active Atlas memberships will receive a credit on their account for one visit that can be used whenever you choose within 12 months.
